# Overview

> Reconciliation KPIs, match rate, and missing-invoice trends for your charges.

**Transactions overview** shows how much of your spend has a supporting document — and what is still missing — without opening every charge.

## KPI cards

| KPI               | What it shows                            |
| ----------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| **Total charges** | Sum of charges in the selected period    |
| **Avg monthly**   | Average charge volume per month          |
| **Reconciled**    | Charges with a linked invoice or receipt |
| **Unreconciled**  | Charges still missing a document         |

The header shows **Last transaction** — the most recent charge ClearSpend processed.

## Reconciliation chart

The **Reconciliation** donut shows matched vs unmatched charges. Click a segment to open the [Transactions list](/features/transactions) filtered to that status.

## Missing invoices trend

The **Missing invoices** chart breaks reconciliation down by month. Use it to spot periods that need follow-up.

## Date filter

Change the period in the header (same presets as the dashboard). All KPIs and charts update together.
