<Accordion title="Why don't I see all my subscriptions yet?">
Discovery happens in two waves. The first scan captures what's visible from your connected integrations within a few minutes. Apps that only show up in invoice emails are added as those emails are parsed, usually within an hour or two of connecting [Gmail](/connect/gmail). If something is still missing after a day, upload an invoice manually to seed it.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="How does ClearSpend know an app is "active"?">
An app is marked Active when there's a recent login, OAuth grant, or charge. Inactive means ClearSpend hasn't seen any of those signals in your selected time window, which is a good prompt to review it for cancellation.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Can I track multiple currencies?">
Yes. Each subscription is stored in its native currency (you'll see entries like `AED 185.68` or `NPR 1,673,278`) and converted to your workspace default for the totals on the dashboard.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Do you reach into our actual card data?">
Yes, if you opt in. [Connect your card](/connect/connect-your-bank) uses Plaid for read-only transaction sync — ClearSpend never sees full card numbers and does not initiate payments. You can also use invoices, receipts, OAuth signals, and CSV statement uploads without linking a card.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="What is the difference between "Spend" and "Reconciled" on the trend chart?">
**Spend** is everything we attribute to a subscription, whether or not we've matched it to a document. **Reconciled** is the subset that has supporting documentation. The gap between them is your reconciliation backlog.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Who can change processing rules?">
Owners and Admins. Rules apply to the entire workspace; a rule that filters out "grepsr" affects all members.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Where do I report a bug or request a feature?">
Email **[support@clearspend.ai](mailto:support@clearspend.ai)** or see [Get help](/reference/get-help). [AI Spend](/features/ai-spend) is still marked WIP in the sidebar — feedback there is especially useful.
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="How do I group two subscriptions for the same vendor?">
On **Subscriptions → Overview**, select at least two rows and click **Group** in the bulk bar. See [Group subscriptions](/features/subscriptions-merge-group).
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="How do I request missing invoices from many owners at once?">
Use **Request missing invoices** on the Subscriptions toolbar. See [Request missing invoices](/features/subscriptions-request-invoices).
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Can I upload an invoice from the Chrome extension without opening the app?">
Yes. Open the extension popup and drop or browse for a file. See [Chrome extension](/connect/chrome-extension#send-documents-from-the-extension) and [Adding a data source](/connect/data-sources#send-from-the-chrome-extension).
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Who receives Slack renewal notifications?">
The workspace **Owner** after Slack is connected under **Integrations**. See [Slack integration](/connect/slack-integration).
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Why was my upload rejected?">
File size limits depend on the upload path (8 MB vs 10 MB). See [Limits and formats](/reference/limits-and-formats) or [Troubleshooting](/reference/troubleshooting#uploads-and-documents).
