How demo mode behaves

When you open the app on the demo host:
  • URLs omit the usual /{orgId} prefix (for example /subscriptions instead of /org_xxx/subscriptions).
  • The sidebar may show a fixed label such as Demo instead of your organization name.
  • Data is shared demonstration content; changes may reset or not persist.
Demo detection is automatic in the browser when the hostname matches the operator’s DEMO_HOSTNAME configuration. You do not toggle demo mode inside a normal production workspace.

  • Internal training without connecting real Gmail or card data
