ClearSpend is only as accurate as the signals it sees. The more sources you connect, the less manual upkeep you’ll have. Find them under Manage → Integrations. Each integration card shows how many accounts you’ve linked and lets you connect more.

Available integrations

IntegrationWhat it does
Google WorkspaceDiscovers your apps and people from your directory and OAuth grants.
GmailScans inboxes for invoice and receipt emails to track spend.
Google DrivePulls invoices and statements stored in shared Drives.
SlackSurfaces app usage signals and notifies your team about renewals.
Multiple accounts per integration. You can link more than one Gmail account or Drive to the same integration — useful when invoices are spread across personal and shared mailboxes.

Connecting

Open Integrations

Navigate to Manage → Integrations in the sidebar.

Click Connect

Pick the integration you want and click Connect. You’ll be redirected to the provider’s OAuth consent screen.

Approve scopes

ClearSpend requests read-only access to the resources it needs (your directory, message metadata, file metadata). You can revoke access at any time from the provider.

Wait for the first sync

Most integrations finish their initial discovery within a couple of minutes. Larger inboxes can take longer.
