Email support@clearspend.ai when the app does not match what you expect, or use the links below for self-service answers.

In the app

  • Settings (gear in the sidebar footer): profile, notifications, billing, and workspace configuration.
  • Documentation (this site): step-by-step guides for subscriptions, renewals, integrations, and the Chrome extension.
  • FAQ: Common questions for discovery delays, roles, currencies, and reconciliation.
The sidebar may show Get Help. If that link does not load a page in your build, use the support email below or the Support link in the documentation header.

Contact support

Email support@clearspend.ai with:
  • Your workspace name
  • The page you were on (for example Subscriptions, Integrations)
  • Screenshots or screen recording if UI looks wrong
  • Approximate time (with timezone) if reporting a failed sync or missing data

Before you write in

  1. Check Quick links for the task you are trying to complete.
  2. Confirm your role in Roles and permissions if an action is disabled.
  3. For missing invoices, see Request missing invoices.

Product feedback

Feature requests and bug reports are welcome at the same support address. Mention AI Spend or Documents if the issue is on a module still marked work-in-progress in the app.
