Term	Definition
Reconciled	A charge that has been matched to an uploaded document. Indicates how completely charges have matching documents.
Tracked	An app for which ClearSpend is actively monitoring usage and spend.
Source	The integration or upload mechanism that surfaced an app or document (e.g. Gmail, Google Drive, Chrome extension, Manual Upload).
Owner (subscription)	The team member responsible for that subscription. Drives reminder routing.
Owner (workspace)	The single member with full administrative authority over the ClearSpend workspace.
Subscription	A recurring or one-time service your organization pays for.
App	Any third-party tool detected in your environment, whether or not you have an active subscription.
Document	An invoice, receipt, or card statement.
Tag	A workspace label attached to one or more subscriptions for grouping and filtering (e.g. Design, Engineering).
Alias	An alternate display name for a subscription, shown alongside the canonical vendor name.
Needs review	A subscription queue for items awaiting human approval before they appear in the main portfolio.
Activity log	A chronological record of document processing, matches, and subscription events.
Renewal	The upcoming billing event for an active subscription.
