Roles and permissions

Contributor is the same role as Member. The app shows Contributor. Older copy may say Member. The permissions are identical.

Role summary

Role	Typical use
Owner	Billing, org name, full admin control. One Owner per workspace.
Admin	Integrations, team, rules, blocked apps. No billing portal.
Contributor (also called Member)	Day-to-day subscriptions, documents, uploads, invoice requests, and connecting integrations.
Viewer	Read dashboards, subscriptions, renewals. No edits.

* Contributors receive document-request emails when they are named as owners. They do not configure workspace notification settings.
