You need a ClearSpend account before you can open a workspace. Sign-up and login both happen on app.clearspend.ai.

Choose how you want to get into ClearSpend:

If you were invited to a workspace, use the same email your admin invited. See Team invite.

Sign up

ClearSpend sign-up page

ClearSpend sign-up: work email, Google, or Xero.

  1. Open app.clearspend.ai/signup, or choose Sign up from the login page.
  2. Use your work email when you can, so teammates on the same domain land in one workspace.
  3. Continue with email, Sign up with Google, or Sign up with Xero.
  4. ClearSpend then sends you to:
    • Onboarding if you are the first person from your domain
    • Request to join if a workspace for your domain already exists
    • The dashboard if you arrived through an invite link
Personal domains (gmail.com, outlook.com, and similar) always create a separate workspace. Each account can belong to up to 3 organizations — useful for a personal sandbox alongside work workspaces.
