The Activity log shows what ClearSpend is doing in real time — uploads parsing, invoices matching, and integration syncs.

When to use it

  • You just uploaded files and want to know when they’ll appear on Subscriptions
  • An integration Sync now finished and you want to confirm results
  • A charge shows Pending reconciliation and you want to see match attempts

Permissions

All roles can view Activity. Only Members and above can upload or approve items that create new log entries.
