When to use it
- You just uploaded files and want to know when they’ll appear on Subscriptions
- An integration Sync now finished and you want to confirm results
- A charge shows Pending reconciliation and you want to see match attempts

List and By Subscription views
Use the toggle in the top-right to switch how activity is organised:| View | What it shows |

| By Subscription | Activity grouped under each subscription. Expand a row to see that vendor’s full timeline. |
Filter tabs
In List view, five tabs narrow the table without leaving the page:| Tab | What it shows |

| All | Every activity event — subscriptions, transactions, groups, and documents |
| Subscriptions | New detections, updates, and subscription-level events (e.g. auto-detected from a card statement) |
| Transactions | Charge and invoice matching — when a document is linked to a payment |
| Groups | Events where subscriptions were merged or grouped under a parent |
| Documents | Upload, parse, and processing events for individual files |
Status badges
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Just recorded — e.g. a subscription auto-detected from a card statement |
| Needs review | Needs human approval — see Needs review |
| Invoice match | A document was matched to a charge |
| Transaction match | A charge was linked to billing history |
| Invoice uploaded | A file was received and stored |
| Grouped | A subscription was grouped under another subscription |
Permissions
All roles can view Activity. Only Members and above can upload or approve items that create new log entries.Something wrong?

| Stuck on New for a long time | Wait 2–5 minutes; large batches take longer |
| No match on many rows | Upload may not match vendor — check Documents |
