Home is the first page after you sign in. Open it from Home in the sidebar. Until you have a charge, Home shows Get started. After charges arrive, you see KPI cards, a spending trend, and widgets.

Home: KPI cards, spending trend, and widgets.

Subscriptions → Dashboard opens this same page.

Get started

Complete these two steps. Full walkthrough: Onboarding.
Get started step 1: connect a transaction source

Step 1: connect Plaid or Xero, or upload a statement.

Get started step 2: add invoices or receipts

Step 2: upload invoices, or connect Gmail, email forward, or Google Drive.

Use Plaid, Xero with Xero → ClearSpend, or a statement upload to populate Home.

After you have charges

Home then shows:
  1. Date filter and Show/Hide Charts
  2. A reminder if invoices are still missing
  3. Three KPI cards
  4. Spending trend
  5. Widgets
If you have charges but no invoice yet, a reminder stays above the KPIs until you add proof. You can dismiss it.

KPI cards

The three cards follow the date filter. Reconciliation uses dollars, not charge count. Avg monthly is on Transactions Overview.

Spending trend

The chart under the KPIs shows spend for the selected period. Hover a bar for the breakdown. Changing the date filter also updates the KPIs and widgets.

What counts on Home

Totals come from charges, not invoices. ClearSpend → Xero does not add or remove spend. It pushes charges you already have (from Plaid, a statement, or Xero → ClearSpend), and those already count. Charges typed as Others stay off subscription totals. They still appear as grey on the spending trend. See Subscription spend vs. Others.
