Some apps are noise — personal accounts, test logins, deprecated tools. Open Settings → Blocked apps to hide an app from your subscription list without deleting any historical data.

How blocking works

When an app is blocked:
  • It disappears from the Subscriptions and Apps lists.
  • Its historical spend is excluded from dashboard totals.
  • Documents associated with it stay in Documents for the audit trail.
You can unblock at any time and the app reappears with all its data intact.
Blocking is workspace-wide. If you want to hide an app from your view but not your team’s, use Filters on the Apps page instead.
