The Subscriptions page is the operational heart of ClearSpend. It lists every subscription we know about along with billing cycle, status, owner, and the next billing date.

Header KPIs

Two summary cards anchor the top of the page:
  • SaaS spend — total over the selected window, with a sparkline. Non-SaaS spend is broken out underneath.
  • Upcoming renewals (next 10 days) — count, total amount, and a row of vendor avatars. Click View all renewals to jump to the Renewals page.

Overview vs. Transactions

The page has two tabs:
  • Overview — one row per subscription, showing aggregated state.
  • Transactions — every individual charge across all subscriptions, useful for reconciliation.

Filtering and columns

Click Filters to narrow by status, billing cycle, owner, category, or source. The + at the end of the column header lets you add additional fields. Sort any column by clicking its header.

Export

The Export button in the top-right of the table downloads the current filtered view as CSV — handy for sharing with finance.

Subscription detail

Clicking any subscription opens its detail page.
Subscription detail
The detail page is organized into four sections:
  • Top KPIs — Total spend, Average monthly spend, Total users (WIP).
  • Spending trend — Bar chart by month with Spend and Reconciled views.
  • Usage — Toggle between activity volume and active user count over time.
  • History — Per-month list of charges with attached documents, reconciliation status, amount, and per-row actions. The Request Document button lets you ask the subscription owner to upload a missing invoice.
Spotting unused tools. Sort the Subscriptions table by Last Used to find subscriptions no one has touched in months. These are usually your fastest cancellation wins.
