People shows everyone from your connected company directory, including people who do not have a ClearSpend login yet. That is different from Members, which lists people who can sign in to ClearSpend. Open it from Members → People, or use the People tab on the same page.

The People tab: directory users with last login, storage, apps, status, and synced date.

ClearSpend fills this list after you connect Google Workspace under Integrations. People stays empty until a Google Workspace Super Admin connects. A regular Google user can complete the connection, but the directory does not sync. See Who should connect. The list only includes users from your connected directory.

Search and filters

  • Search with Search people (name or email)
  • Filter with All Status: Active or Inactive

Table columns

You can sort by Name, Last login, and Storage.

Status

Status comes from the company directory — not from whether someone has a ClearSpend login.

Apps used by

Click an apps count (for example, 1 app or 3 apps) to open Apps used by. That modal lists the apps ClearSpend has associated with the person (logo and name). Use Search apps to filter the list. If there are no apps, the cell shows No app.

Read-only

People is for visibility only. It does not create ClearSpend logins or change roles. To give someone access, invite them from Members.
