Overview

Transactions overview shows how much of your spend has a supporting document — and what is still missing — without opening every charge.

KPI cards

KPI	What it shows
Total charges	Sum of charges in the selected period
Avg monthly	Average charge volume per month
Reconciled	Charges with a linked invoice or receipt
Unreconciled	Charges still missing a document

The header shows Last transaction — the most recent charge ClearSpend processed.

The Reconciliation donut shows matched vs unmatched charges. Click a segment to open the Transactions list filtered to that status.

The Missing invoices chart breaks reconciliation down by month. Use it to spot periods that need follow-up.

Change the period in the header (same presets as the dashboard). All KPIs and charts update together.
